Help Feed is a global initiative by Minhaj Welfare Foundation to provide essential meals to vulnerable individuals and families in regions affected by poverty, crisis, and food insecurity. Our annual HelpFeed 1 Million Meals campaign uses community kitchens, food distributions, and ration packs to nourish those who face hunger daily, offering dignity, hope, and practical support.
Feeding the Hungry — A Global Mission
More people than ever are at risk of hunger due to economic hardship, displacement, pandemics, and conflict. With millions going to bed without knowing where their next meal will come from, hunger remains one of the most urgent humanitarian needs of our time. The HelpFeed 1 Million Meals campaign mobilises resources and volunteers globally to distribute nutritious meals, food parcels, and cooked servings through community kitchens and outreach programmes.
