Ramadan with Minhaj

This Ramadan presents a powerful opportunity for connection, reflection, and transformative charity. Through Zakat, Sadaqah, Fitrana, and Fidyah, your support helps families in need access food, clean water, healthcare, shelter, and dignity during the most sacred month of giving and mercy.

A Month of Reflection, Charity, and Shared Humanity

Ramadan is a time when hearts turn toward compassion, community, and service. As believers embark on fasting and spiritual renewal, they also embrace the obligation and blessing of giving — a chance to uplift families struggling to survive and communities striving to rebuild. Throughout this holy month, charity is multiplied in reward and in impact.

Connect — Act — Impact This Ramadan

Connect

Join a global community of supporters whose compassion and generosity are shaping positive change. Ramadan invites us to reflect not only on our own blessings but on the needs of others, bringing us together in faith and shared purpose.

Act

Through your Zakat, Sadaqah, Fitrana, and Fidyah, you provide life-changing support to people facing hunger, thirst, illness, displacement, and poverty. Every contribution helps deliver essential aid directly to families and communities in need.

Impact

Follow the journeys of families and individuals whose lives have been transformed by your giving — from warm meals at Iftar to clean water for children, healthcare for the vulnerable, and stability for families struggling to stay afloat.

Ramadan Giving Opportunities

During Ramadan, the blessings of charity are multiplied. You can choose to donate through any of the following giving categories:

  • Zakat — Fulfill your obligatory annual giving and help families meet essential needs.

  • Sadaqah — Voluntary charity that lightens hardship and strengthens community bonds.

  • Fitrana (Zakat-ul-Fitr) — A special charity required before Eid prayer, ensuring the poor can celebrate with dignity.

  • Fidyah & Kaffarah — Support those unable to fast and make amends for missed obligations.

  • Sahur & Iftar Feed the Fasting — Provide nourishing meals for the fasting and hungry.

  • Eid Gifts for Poor & Needy — Share joy and generosity with families on Eid.

Why Ramadan Giving Matters

Ramadan is a month of reflection and action. Giving during this month not only protects the rights of the less fortunate but also deepens your own spiritual connection and compassion. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) taught that the best charity is given in Ramadan — a time when our intentions are purified and rewards are magnified.

Every gift you give this Ramadan supports real people with real needs — from meals and water to healthcare and shelter — and brings hope to communities across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and beyond.

Delivering Aid Where It’s Needed Most

Your contributions help fund wide-ranging humanitarian work, including but not limited to:

  • Food distribution and hot meals for families and the elderly.

  • Clean water access and sanitation support.

  • Emergency relief in crisis zones.

  • Orphan care and support for vulnerable children.

  • Support for widows and families struggling with poverty.

This Ramadan, every donation becomes a source of light for families in hardship and a reminder of our shared humanity.
