In many vulnerable or remote areas, communities lack access to safe, purpose-built mosques, leaving people without a central space for worship or collective support.

The Build a Mosque project responds to this need by creating welcoming spaces that strengthen community bonds and provide stability in places where people face hardship, displacement, or isolation.

A mosque serves as a hub for education, welfare, and social wellbeing. Through these spaces, communities are able to come together, share knowledge, and support one another during times of need.

Mosques built through this project are designed to serve multiple purposes, hosting prayer, education, community meetings, youth activities, and welfare support — ensuring the space remains active, inclusive, and relevant for everyday life.
